1.1 This website portal located at the url www.govtechtalent.co.nz (“Portal”) is owned and operated by Ice Professionals Limited (“ICE”) on behalf of and licensed to the Department of Internal Affairs (“DIA”).
2. Registering/Applying on this website portal
2.2 When you upload your details to this Portal, ICE will screen you for suitability for any job opportunities available within the GovTechTalent graduate programme. However, by uploading your details to this Portal neither ICE nor DIA make any promise or guarantee that suitable job opportunities will be available for you or that ICE will find you work. Neither ICE nor DIA accept liability arising from any inability on ICE’s part to find you work or DIA’s part to offer you work. ICE does not act as your agent and no legal relationship between you and ICE is created by registering on this Portal.
2.3 In the event that DIA has a suitable job opportunity for you ICE will notify you via the email address provided by you on the sign up form. Therefore, it is important that you check that the contact details you submit are accurate and update ICE of any changes. You agree that ICE may send you information concerning job opportunities and to that address. If you unsubscribe from ICE’s database you will no longer receive any further information from ICE, including notification of job opportunities.
2.4 Neither ICE nor DIA accept liability whatsoever: (a) In respect of the suitability of any job opportunities presented to you for consideration; or (b) In relation to any representations made by ICE or DIA relating to such job opportunities. It shall be your responsibility to carry out your own independent due diligence in relation to any job opportunity presented before you accept an offer.
2.5 When accepting the terms of the site you declare that to the best of your knowledge the answers to the questions in the application are correct and you understand that if any false information is given, or any material fact suppressed, you may not be accepted, or if you are employed, you may face disciplinary action including dismissal.

4.2 DIA is the proprietor of the DIA trademark used on this website and get-up and you may not use it without their express permission.
4.3 ICE is also the owner or the licensee of the copyright in this Portal, its contents and images and no part of this Portal may be reproduced without our express permission or the permission of the copyright holder.
5. Access to Personal Information
5.1 Talent information is collected by ICE, a DIA supplier to support the GovTech Talent graduate programme. It is stored at ICE, plus sent back to the client. You can review and edit the personal information you provided at this Site by emailing us at email@example.com and we will contact you within 30 days regarding your request
6. New Zealand law
6.1 These Terms are subject to New Zealand law and you irrevocably accept the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
6.2 ICE does not offer services for children. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
